• Photography platforms — to deliver your tour, property information and tour content is uploaded to the applicable 3D tour platform (such as a Zillow or Matterport platform) per your service selection. Use of that content is then governed by that platform's own terms and privacy policy.

We do not share your information with any other third parties, except as required by law.

We retain booking records and associated personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for business and tax purposes, typically no longer than 3 years. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us — see Section 8.

Payment data is handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor and is never stored on our servers.
